2. Purpose of the App
MindPebbles is a subscription-based journaling and reflection app powered by AI.

3. Subscription & Payments
- Subscription Required: All app content and features require a paid subscription.
- Free Trial: New subscribers receive a 7-day free trial. After the trial, the subscription auto-renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
- Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions renew monthly or yearly unless canceled.
- Management: Subscriptions and cancellations must be managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play.
- Refunds: Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google according to their policies. We cannot provide direct refunds.
4. User Responsibilities
- Use the app only for personal journaling and reflection.
- Not submit unlawful, offensive, or harmful content.
- Keep your login credentials secure.
5. AI-Generated Content
MindPebbles uses artificial intelligence to generate prompts, reflections, and insights.
- AI content is for journaling support only and should not be treated as health or psychological advice.
- You are solely responsible for how you use AI-generated content.
6. Privacy & Data Protection

7. Intellectual Property
- All app designs, features, and content are owned by the MindPebbles team.
- You may not copy, distribute, or resell any part of the app.
8. Limitation of Liability
- MindPebbles is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
- We are not responsible for any harm, loss, or damages arising from use of the app, reliance on AI-generated content, or failure to seek professional health advice.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.
